He is a doctoral candidate at Hult Ashridge UK for research in organizational change.
Extensive experience in leadership, agile-fast-moving organizations, and cultures. Martin has +25 years of experience in an international work environment as CIO, COO, and MD. His passion for organizational development led to a distinction in research at INSEAD 2019 about stuckness, shifting from a traditional to a contemporary organizational setting. He has a transformation aptitude with in-depth knowledge of the human aspects of change and the realities of business complexity.
